Position Feedback Devices - Through the implementation and incorporation of positional feedback
devices, along with electro-hydraulic proportional valves, a computer management system and
custom programming, we can provide a system that controls the position of one item relative to
some other fixed item.
- We can automate repetitive tasks that require cylinders to reach a certain point, then retract.
- We can automate multiple cylinders such that they track each other in within very close tolerances.
- We can automate the raising of a platform such that it remains level during the entire raising process.

Within the automation framework, we can incorporate 'alerts' such that if some component or
some piece of structure that we are measuring deviates from some tolerance, the system can
stop the process and display an error code on the PLC touch screen.
- If a component or structure gets in a bind and falls outside of tolerance, we can stop processing.
- If a component or structure is moving in excess of some defined speed, we can stop processing.
- If a component or structure is about to move into a undefined position, we can stop processing.
- We can log all events to a flash memory card for future reference.
