Gateway Fluid Power - Automation controls, design, programming and manufacturing:
Computer management systems can do more than facilitate automation. With various in-circuit analysis
devices, we can accomplish a laundry list of preventative maintenance checks and balances. Some
analysis devices that are available are:
Flow meters
To measure system flow (GPM) from the pump.
System flow can be displayed on the computer management system touch screen.
Allows users to verify flow.
Allows for easy diagnostics of pump output.
If flow exceeds some defined amount, the computer management system can stop the process.
We can log timeslices of pump output to a flash memory device for future reference.
Pressure meters
To measure system pressure ( PSI ) at various points in the system.
Pressure points can be displayed on the computer management system touch screen.
Allows users to verify pressure.
Allows for easy diagnostics of circuit pressure.
If pressure exceeds some defined amount, the computer management system can stop the process.
We can log timeslices of circuit pressure to a flash memory device for future reference.
Filter pressure drop meters
Measures the pressure drop across various filters in the system.
Warning menus can be displayed on the computer management system touch screen.
Allows for easy diagnostics of filter status.
If the filter needs changing, the computer management system can stop the process.
We can log timeslices of filter pressure drop to a flash memory device for future reference.
