• The Computer Management System (CMS) is typically an Allen-Bradley PLC controller. A PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PLC) is an industrial computer control system that continuously monitors the state of input devices and makes decisions based upon a custom program, to control the state of devices connected as outputs.

1. Such as keeping a structure level while raising.
2. Keeping all actuators extended to the same length during operations.
3. Ensure that actuators STOP, before going into an unsafe position.
4. Controlling flow during transition points.
• Speed
1. Maximize efficiency, yet under a set of defined parameters.
2. Ability to control fluid flow (GPM) over a wide range of events.
3. Slow speed, by controlling flow, during the initial start of a component.
4. Increase speed, by controlling flow, once a component is doing its work.
5. Slow speed, by controlling flow, when the component is nearing the end of its work.
• Safety
1. We can design the system to stop processing if all actuators are not working 'together'.
2. We can design the system to stop processing if flow to a component becomes too much or too little.
3. We can design the system to stop processing if pressure to a componenet becomes too much or too little.
