- We currently employ 6 full time employees whose expertise is in field service.
- They have all been formally trained on various aspects of field service work.
- Our on-site field service staff offers our customers:
- Access to people with specialized training and experience to help solve their problems.
- Less down time... Our staff can isolate and fix the problem quickly and efficiently.
- Enhancements to current systems, whether its hydraulic, electric or mechanical.
- Access to reports outlining the cause and the actions required to fix the problem.
- All in an effort to maximize return on investment for our customers.
- Maintenance:
- Replacing hydraulic components that have failed.
- Replacing mechanical components that have failed.
- Replacing electrical components that have failed.
- Troubleshooting:
- On call technicians available for on-site advice regarding system or component failure.
- On call Certified Fluid Power Specialists available for expert advice regarding hydraulic failures.
- Diagnostics:
- We own a computerized hydraulic analysis machine used in diagnosing problems.
- Diagnosis machine can measure and log:
- Hydraulic oil pressure in a part of a circuit.
- Hydraulic oil flow ( GPM ) in a part of a circuit.
- Up to 8 separate circuits at the same time.
