Manufacturing Facility
We have a 39,200 square foot facility in Granite City, IL that we designate as our 'manufacturing' facility. It has ample space and equipment to
handle:
- Cylinder teardown, cylinder inspection, cylinder assembly and cylinder testing.
- Hydraulic power unit fabrication - From frame to components to assembly to test.
- Hydraulic power unit remanufacturing.
- Hydarulic hose kits.
- Stainless steel tubing kits.
- Custom steel fabrication.
Warehouse Facility / Office Facility
Of the 39,200 square feet in our "manufacturing" facility, we designate around 8,000 square feet for warehouse facility and around 2,000 square
feet as office space. Our warehouse facility has all of our standard offerings:
- We have one hose crimpers.
- Vast selection of hydraulic hoses and hyraulic fittings.
- Ability to make most hydraulic hoses while you wait.
- Vast selection of hydraulic components, including:
- Needle valves
- Flow controls
- Relief valves
- Check valves
- Counter balance valves
- Flow dividers
- Pressure gauges - up to 10,000 psi
- High pressure filters - to 5000 psi
- Low pressure filters
- 4 bolt flange kits
- Hydarulic pump, motor and valves
- Ball valves
- Pipe/tubing clamp kits
